This is a HANDS-ON SESSION, BUT we offer more than just a cooking class it's a chance to connect and share an experience over the sizzling flavors of authentic 3 course menu. What to Expect: We start with a welcome drink of your choice. Explanation of the dishes and cooking plan. Participants will cook side-by-side, starting with the basics: a fresh salsa made entirely from scratch. From there, the group will move on to a small APPETIZER. the experience continues with handmade corn TORTILLAS. everyone gets to press and cook their own tortillas. The grand finale? classic dish of your choosing with a vegan version available. Throughout the 3 hours, there will be snacks and drinks.
